Job Summary
Inspect and evaluate equipment (agriculture, construction, forestry) for condition and performance. Document condition with photos and enter evaluations into CDK. Diagnose and verify performance by checking fluids, measuring wear components, and ensuring proper operation. Conduct annual and quarterly inspections on used equipment and attachments across the region. Identify required safety repairs and recommend updates to improve marketability. Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to support efficient processes and strong outcomes. Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and in a team, and a customer-service orientation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude for heavy equipment
- Experience operating heavy equipment or working in a related industry
- Attention to detail with thorough documentation
