Job Summary
Collaborate with FAB Engineering to improve Unit Part metrics through data collection, analysis, and collaborative improvements of Stop Loss, BM Reduction, MTTP, and PM Automation. Manage TFT activities to enhance Stop Loss factory-wide, lead cross-functional medium to large-scale projects with executive visibility, and analyze recommendations for Stop Loss major and minor indices. Enforce operational rules and systems while ensuring SAS procedures remain current, and drive implementation of opportunities including 2nd source qual, lifetime extension, and repair loops. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly metric reports and status updates. Requires extensive direct support of engineering team functions, proficiency in project management and data visualization, and experience with Line KPIs, G-EMS, and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- G-EMS and Work order tracking
- Experience with SQL or data scraping
- Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts
- Experience with Fab and reporting systems
- Knowledge of Line KPI re BM, Stop Loss, EE, Rundown, OEE
- Experience with Workplace, DSS, GPM, Simax OI, TPSS, MARS Prime, Spotfire
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, data visualization, and data-mining
- S1 & S2 Stop Loss comparison and collaboration on analysis and improvement projects
- Experience with 2nd source qual, lifetime extension, usage reduction, repair loops, part delivery times, and other LDT events
- Project management, Daily/Weekly/Monthly metric reporting, and status updates
- Enforce rules & systems based operation to all employees while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current
- Lead the deployment of medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, Sister Fabs, support groups, and executives to ensure compliance to external and internal specifications and guidance
- Participate and Manage TFTs activities to improve Stop Loss factory wide
- Data collection, analysis, and collaborative improvements of Unit Part performance in Stop Loss Reduction, BM Reduction, MTTP Improvement, G-EMS standardization, and PM Automation
- Demonstrate effective collaboration with FAB Engineering to improve Unit Part metrics
- BS degree in engineering, natural science or related field
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- Previous experience in a leadership position with direct reports
- Experience with SQL or data scraping
- Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts
