Job Summary
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to transport materials safely, including equipment with capacities greater than 12,000 lbs. Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas efficiently. Perform daily checks on machinery and report any operational issues. Ensure smooth manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and working within a team. This role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Operational knowledge of tools/machinery generally used in construction
- Operational knowledge of forklifts larger than standard warehouse lifts. (ie. capacity greater than 12,000lbs)
- Must have experience and knowledge operating equipment and forklifts
- Must be reliable and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be safety conscious and have the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to make it to work every day, on time
- Must have the ability to handle working in all types of weather
