Equipment Foreman - Onsite

Equipment Foreman will manage one or more equipment trade labor specialties within their assigned operations, oversee deliveries and pickups of equipment and material to and from jobsites and vendors, determine the distribution schedule for local operations, maintain equipment and fleet, ensure DOT records and driver logs are compliant, oversee warehouse organization, support inventory controls, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety culture. The role requires operating equipment like forklifts, coordinating with internal mechanics or external facilities, and providing timely communications to customers and vendors while ensuring accurate documentation of equipment movement, repair, and maintenance activities. 5+ years of equipment operations experience and a valid driver's license are required; the role may involve overnight travel and physically demanding tasks.
