Job Summary
Lead maintenance strategy and fleet reliability across multiple business units, overseeing preventative and predictive programs to maximize uptime and minimize downtime. Provide hands-on leadership to maintenance personnel, ensuring repairs align with operational needs, safety standards, and asset criticality while driving initiatives to optimize asset lifecycle performance. Partner with Operations, Dispatch, and Planning teams to coordinate maintenance activities and maintain visibility of fleet status. Develop systems, workflows, and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making, manage vendor relationships for cost-effective service delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety policies. Manage maintenance expenditures responsibly to support cost-control initiatives.
Required Qualifications

- Providing leadership, coaching, and direction to maintenance personnel
- Fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
