Job Summary
The main purpose of this role is to learn and perform all aspects of an equipment transaction from prospecting with the direct sales team to pricing, documentation, booking and servicing new customers. Responsibilities include reaching out to clients and prospective clients via phone and referrals, assisting the sales team with market development, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires basic knowledge of the financial services industry, strong organization and interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected. The position is located in Kansas City, MO or St. Louis, MO and is full-time. Education and experience as specified above are required; compensation ranges from $63,500 to $85,000 annually plus potential performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 1+ year experience in equipment finance/banking/sales, or other related industry experience required
