Job Summary
Perform Spinner and auxiliary equipment installation, including hardware and product qualification. Create next generation technology node transfers by developing recipes, SOPs, and BKMs. Attend daily tactical and weekly strategic meetings with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment metrics and site improvement plans. Coordinate internal, external, and vendor resources to provide manufacturing support on assigned equipment. Investigate and troubleshoot equipment-related defects, quality, and yield problems while analyzing tool performance data for availability, MTTR, and defect trends. Provide weekend coverage as needed, managing larger tool scopes and making tactical decisions based on daily operations to achieve KPI.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of college in related field
- 5+ years of semiconductor Photo or Cleans equipment ownership
- In-depth experience on one or more of the following types of semiconductor equipment: SEMES, TEL, Screen
- Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography
- Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, FDC, yield analysis and other standard engineering and manufacturing practices
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Authorized to access information subject to U.S. export control laws or eligible for government authorization
