Job Summary
Equipment Engineer to support AOI-packing machinery, tooling, and automation; diagnose and resolve technical issues on semiconductor equipment and computer systems/software; implement continual improvement programs, perform parts overhauls, preventive maintenance, and equipment modifications; evaluate and release new machines; coordinate logistics with suppliers; monitor machine performance and generate regular update reports, tracking OEE, efficiency, cost, and quality control; role requires willingness to work in a cleanroom, strong communication in Thai and English, and ability to work under pressure with after-hours/on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or a related field
- 0-2 years’ experience in Semiconductor/electronics industry or related fields
- Good communication in Thai and English and Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Highly motivated individual capable of working independently
- Availability to work or be on standby during after-office hours, weekends, and public holidays for critical issue
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel, Power point, Power BI, etc.
- Understand automation (robotic) and programming. (advantage)
