Job Summary
Lead a team of technicians to plan preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of semiconductor lab equipment including temperature chambers, testers, and X-ray systems. Install, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and manufacturing tools while performing failure analysis and driving RCCA and PA processes for manufacturing issues. Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on new equipment setup, upgrades, and audit inspections, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records in the Equipment Tracking System and provide operational training to lab staff. Requires 8-9 years of experience in electronics or related fields, knowledge of lean six sigma, and flexibility for shifts and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-9 Years of experience
- Bachelors, Masters in field of Electronics, Electronics & communication, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer science holders with Engineering studies
- At least one year or equivalent experience in engineering Lab
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Perseverance
- Passion, strive to ensure maximum test cases coverage
- Clear headed, results oriented, systematic, and methodical approach in solving problems
- Self-motivated
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Fluent to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge about the lean six sigma for laboratory, Kaizen, Lean etc...
- Flexible in working time, shifts and travel 0-20%
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge about ISO/IEC 17025 std for calibration (Mechanical, Electrical, Thermal etc...)
