Job Summary

Equipment development, implementation, and improvement role focusing on asset integration and systems for the Fabrication Division production environment. Responsibilities include ensuring asset reliability, conducting equipment health assessments, managing asset lifecycle and preventative maintenance plans, and developing/validating asset configurations. Requires coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams, managing schedules and budgets, and performing testing and commissioning of complex automated system projects. Strong emphasis on safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation. Basic requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields and 3+ years of related experience; preferred qualifications include project management experience, hardware/software configuration management, automation/robotics knowledge, technical writing, and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 3 or more years’ related engineering work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
