Job Summary
Conduct machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance while documenting FMEA, training materials, SOPs, and work instructions. Investigate line abnormalities, quality issues, and yield losses to implement timely actions. Lead KIP projects targeting machine performance, cost reduction, yield, quality, capacity, and productivity improvements. Collaborate with Process and NPI teams on machine and product items, manage tooling buy-offs and standardization, and support customer audit follow-ups. Prepare 8D reports and presentations for QAF/RMA cases. Apply 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, and DOE to solve problems using data analysis software like JMP and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Machine/ mechanical knowledge in design and optimization
- Experienced in Inspection Machine
- Expertized in data analysis, and problem solving
- Be good at QC skill, such as 7QC tools, MSA, SPC, 8D report, DOE etc
- Familiar with reporting/data analysis software.(PPT, excel, JMP, AUTOCAD...)
- Detail and action oriented, self-started, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality solutions
- Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team member, with good communication skills
- Good verbal and written in English
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years working experience in Equipment Engineering related
