Job Summary
Schedule and stage equipment reconditioning processes, then accept assigned jobs to wash, detail, and recondition new and used trucks. Perform required work at efficiency standards while examining vehicles to determine if further reconditioning or repairs are needed. Collaborate with the Used Equipment Sales Representative and technicians to diagnose malfunctions and execute basic repairs as directed. Document all work performed, report tool or machinery defects, and communicate immediately if additional repairs are required or deadlines cannot be met. Maintain clean, safe reconditioning areas and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

- Experience in mechanical repair

- Reasoning skills
- Common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Trade school certification in automotive or truck maintenance and repair
- Experience in repair shop environment
