Job Summary
Transport equipment to and from customers and dealer facilities, including pickups from John Deere factory. Support sales department with deliveries, maintain activity records with signatures and receipts, and instruct customers on basic operating procedures. Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment while adhering to DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations. Requires CDL A license, clean driving record, and minimum one year of semi-trailer truck experience hauling heavy equipment. Must lift 75 pounds, work in workshop and outside settings, and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- CDL A License Required
- Clean Driving Record Required
- Minimum 1-year experience as semi-trailer truck operator, hauling heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently and exercise excellent judgment to reflect the company's values
- Dependability and consistency is a must
- Familiar with pallet jack and forklift
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift 75-pounds
- Travel as needed
