Equipment Coordinator

Job Summary
Monitor and manage performance of project assets across multiple construction sites to achieve deadlines, maintaining agile weekly tracking of equipment status, dependencies, and risks. Review rental and procurement documents for compliance, coordinate with accounting via Vista Viewpoint to approve invoices, and supervise on-site mechanics while ensuring effectiveness through foreman coordination. Lead project move-on processes, support BAU activities, and manage delivery of office infrastructure, fleet vehicles, and sanitary equipment. Communicate daily with field service, finance, and construction teams to report needs and issues, ensuring full alignment with site superintendents and project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or relevant field of study
- Minimum of 3 years of asset management experience with an EPC Contractor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Field experience in supervising personnel and task delegation
- Ability to achieve project goals and timelines
- Proven analytical, mathematical and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, equipment and inventory management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a supportive team member
- This position may require working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc
- Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of 'Vista Viewpoint' or similar ERP software is preferred
- Demonstrated interest in renewable energy through work experience
