Job Summary
Load, unload, and manage the receipt and release of all rental equipment, attachments, new sales machines, and service units while maintaining the rental yard for easy access. Direct the delivery of new equipment and coordinate returns. Operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts, and maintain a clean driving record. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively to meet deadlines, and ensure customer service excellence. Work additional hours as needed to support business and customer demands.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe manner
- Must be self-directed, organized and be able to interact with peers
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must be able to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must possess good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- Previous experience operating construction equipment
- Previous experience operating forklift
- Frequently sitting for extended periods of time
- Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
