Job Summary

Coordinate laboratory equipment throughout its lifecycle, including onboarding, qualification, maintenance, and retirement. Work closely with vendors to schedule installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities. Validate and commission new equipment, maintain records and compliance documentation, and manage the decommissioning of automated liquid handlers, plate readers, and PCR systems. Troubleshoot equipment-related issues to ensure operations remain compliant and aligned with business needs. This full-time role in Spring House, PA requires a Bachelor's in engineering science with 2+ years of experience in GLP/GMP settings and involves potential exposure to infectious materials and hazardous chemicals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering science
  • minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory
  • preferably in a bioanalytical setting
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures with insight into continuous improvement
  • Understand and apply regulatory/ compliance requirements relative to the role
  • Problem solver/troubleshooter, skilled in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions
  • Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with overtime as needed
  • Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA
