Job Summary
Lead and enhance the CMMS/GMAO system to ensure effective maintenance planning and tracking. Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee supplier performance. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance. This role reports to the Plant Manager in Prachinburi, focusing on strengthening equipment reliability and driving operational efficiency within manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance and continuous improvement management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Analytical mindset
