Equipment CMS Project Manager

Equipment CMS Project Manager responsible for leading large, complex HVAC equipment construction projects ($3M+) primarily from a home-based position serving the Washington DC and Baltimore, MD region, coordinating internal/external teams, evaluating contractual scope, pursuing change orders, and ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with contract terms. Responsibilities include developing schedules, evaluating scope changes, cost estimates, proposals, subcontract management, progress communications, risk management, and ensuring profitability and cash flow, with travel to customer sites as needed. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience), strong verbal/written communication, ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences, and proficiency in PM software and MS Office; minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in building construction is preferred.
