Job Summary
The Equipment Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning and inspecting tank trailers and ISO containers, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include safely performing cleaning duties, operating atmospheric testing and rescue equipment, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates should have relevant experience, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including confined space entry.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English for comprehension of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) chemical information
- Ability to operate yard truck to move equipment
- Ability to navigate basic computer software and other business-related software
- Excellent attention to details
- Mechanical ability and inclination

- Complies with all HTC Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Policy and Programs
- Complies will all Department of Transportation regulations
- Complies with all applicable OSHA and EPA regulations
- Complies with all applicable state and local environmental regulations
