Job Summary
Clean and disinfect all soiled medical equipment per approved procedures, bag items, and apply tagging systems for verification. Maintain stock of cleaned equipment in the clean room, sanitize floors and shelves daily, and rotate stock while checking expiration dates. Follow infection control policies, wear personal protective equipment, and properly use and store chemicals. Report chemical spills to the Director of Environment of Care and document daily coverage with itemized lists. Participate in performance improvement activities and attend formal training to advance skills. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of EVS while maintaining clear communication with other departments.

- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Computer knowledge
- Must be able to stay standing and walking most of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
