Job Summary
Equipment Associate at United Rentals performs a variety of manual tasks to support branch operations, including checking rental equipment for damage, hours used, mileage, and fuel, inspecting safety decals and compliance, cleaning and preparing equipment, loading/unloading, and demonstrating equipment to customers; may drive a delivery truck to pick-up/drop-off equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record, strong communication and teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. This role supports service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel and offers advancement opportunities into development programs.
