Job Summary
Assemble, load, and unload equipment while assisting with deliveries and preparing gear for rental. Perform routine checks on rental equipment to ensure safety and good working order, verify delivery tickets and returns for accuracy, and greet customers to assist with inquiries. Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customer needs and complete other duties assigned as needed. This Safety Sensitive role requires frequent lifting up to 45 lbs and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating medium to large forklifts preferred
- Knowledge of trench safety equipment is an advantage but not required
- Some knowledge of computers and phone apps
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills
- Diligent attention to safety
