Job Summary
Equipment Associate - ROS with United Rentals (Portable Sanitation). Responsible for ensuring equipment leaving the yard is rent-ready and meets quality standards. Perform routine checks and basic maintenance (inspection, washing, repairing, storing), assist with loading/unloading units (manual or forklift), use hand tools (drill, rivet tool), keep supplies organized, ensure trucks are loaded for the next day, maintain a clean yard and shop, verify rent-ready status, and uphold professional appearance. Safety-focused role with opportunities for advancement into Driver and Service Technician programs. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalency, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 45 lbs, and strong communication skills; ability to work outdoors in various weather; safety-sensitive position with comprehensive company benefits.
