Job Summary
Lead a diverse, global agile team to transform the product vision into value for Volvo Financial Services' equipment as a service platform. Own and manage the team backlog to align with the digital product strategy, ensure compliance with architecture and security requirements, manage budgets and SLAs, oversee lifecycle management, and contribute to the product roadmap and capacity planning. Partner with cross-functional teams and business partners to deliver solutions and drive responsible, high-quality product delivery. Strong emphasis on product engineering, stakeholder management, and UI/UX/API development within an automotive financing/rental context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology Management or Computer Science
- Five-plus years of experience in Digital Technical Product development and Digital Product life cycle management
- Five plus years of experience with agile methodology and Scrum in digital product management
- Experience identifying and managing dependencies within product roadmaps and release plans
- Strong communications, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- UI/UX design experience
- API development experience
- Problem solving, research, and analysis ability
- Ability to manage priorities of stakeholders
- Experience with solution architecture, components development, infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, user role management
