Job Summary
Lead and manage the Equipment and Requested Maintenance group, including plumbers, electricians, and the sheet metal team; oversee daily facility-multi-discipline maintenance operations, drive equipment uptime, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Role requires prioritizing and assigning work orders, supervising maintenance activities, coordinating project budgets and timelines, procuring materials, and acting as an internal auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and EHS teams to support fab performance and expansion; provide on-call leadership for off-hour line stops and critical system failures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facility systems (mechanical, electrical, and process support) with strong communication and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field of study
- 5 years prior manager/supervisor experience
- Professional registration either EIT or PE preferred
