Job Summary
Equipment and Automation Engineer II at Exact Sciences drives manufacturing support for existing equipment and assists in launching new equipment into Production. Responsibilities include developing and applying procedures for building and changing equipment, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, supporting failure analysis and root-cause investigations, leading smaller improvement projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with FDA/ISO/CAP/CLIA quality requirements, and maintaining detailed records while traveling ~10% for training and site visits. The role requires hands-on engineering with strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills to support production objectives and quality systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience; or, in lieu of Bachelor's degree, Associates degree in Engineering, Technology, Electronics, or similar field with 4+ years of experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
