Conduct room setup and linen management according to hotel activity and guest requests. Perform all handling of linens and furniture necessary for hotel operations. Guarantee cleanliness of common areas, including front office and spa spaces. Restock offices with linens, welcome products, cleaning supplies, and stationery. Manage dirty linen, waste, and internal linen processing. Transport daily across the estate using a golf cart. Report any technical failures to your supervisor. Assist women and valets in their work. Apply new processes and standards related to service improvement. Participate in team briefings to review information, successes, and improvement opportunities. Ensure all guest experiences meet internal standards and signatures.
