Equip Network Specialist

Job Summary
Answer initial inquiries for Equip and Mentored Internship participants, process and maintain registration applications, and ensure accuracy of student records. Collaborate with the Equip Network Coordinator to maintain CampusNet pages and develop promotional materials with the Communications Dept. Serve as a liaison between the Equip Office, student body, and partner churches to maintain relationships and manage ongoing communication with participant liaisons. Assist with basic management of Equip promotional events in conjunction with the Associate Director. Maintain appropriate files, manuals, and reports for accreditation purposes. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Associate Director, or Equip Network Coordinator.

- Strong motivation to serve students, partners, faculty and various departments of academic support, and other personnel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through with assigned tasks.
- Ability to develop process ideas with guidance and then execute agreed upon programs.
- Expert working knowledge concerning The Equip Network.
- High competency in computer and telephone skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Competency with CampusNet.
- Competency with course management systems, academic management systems, and inventory systems.
