Equip Maint Tech III

Job Summary
Equip Maint Tech III responsible for safe maintenance and repair of production equipment, performing preventive/predictive maintenance, PLC programming, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve plant operations. Emphasis on safety compliance (LOTO, ArcFlash), diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, reading blueprints/electrical schematics, and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Requires a two-year technical degree and/or certificate or equivalent experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical degree and/or certificate of training or 10 years of maintenance experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ industrial maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and basic electrical schematics
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills, and ability to repair systems independently
