Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions in traditional talk environments and the arena using EAGALA. Utilize trauma-oriented, evidence-based, and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques while preparing psychotherapy documents that encompass all patient care and ensure mental health forms are complete and accurate. Provide assessments consistent with the age group and population to identify mental health issues. Schedule sessions in the late afternoon, evenings, or on weekends based on client needs. This salaried position offers a 401(k) match, paid time off including a birthday holiday, and clinical supervision within a supportive non-profit mission focused on healing Idaho's youth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a human services field: social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Licensed as LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhD
- A valid Idaho's driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire, as a condition of continued employment
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Must be within a reasonable distance to our location
