Job Summary
Clean all necessary areas for the backside track, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and maintain restroom facilities. Remove trash and perform other duties as assigned by management. Adhere to Indiana Grand Racing & Casino service and operating standards. Must be at least 16 years old, obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License, and be available to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays. Work in a highly populated, fast-paced, and noisy environment with exposure to outdoor weather and elements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to obtain an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License
- Must be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to work in a highly populated fast-paced and noisy environment
- Must be able to work in outdoor weather and elements thereof
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping
