Equestrian Maintenance Worker/Groundskeeper

Job Summary
Maintain the Keiser University Equestrian Center by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and repairing fencing, gates, and pasture infrastructure. Perform routine inspections and repairs on barns, stalls, tack rooms, and storage areas, while managing plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. Operate tractors, mowers, and weed trimmers to clear debris, weeds, and manage footing upkeep for arenas. Assist with unloading hay and feed, cleaning stalls, and supporting event setup and breakdown for shows or clinics. Requires a high school diploma, previous groundskeeping experience, and mechanical aptitude. Full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or farm work
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and farm equipment
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with equestrian facilities and horse safety is a plus
