Job Summary
Maintain barn cleanliness, efficiency, and safety while delivering mounted and unmounted horseback riding lessons. Build a student-first environment by managing lesson plans, tracking attendance, and recording progress reports. Support all equestrian programs including trail rides, ranch camp, and parent/child weekends. Communicate any concerns or incidents to the Equestrian Director. Requires six months experience in horse care, riding, and instruction. Part-time, non-exempt role at Camp Kern in Oregonia, OH, with a wage of $11.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months experience in horse care
- Minimum of six months experience in horseback riding
- Minimum of six months experience in horseback riding instruction
