Job Summary
ePRISMS Field Survey / CAD-LiDAR Technician responsible for creating detailed digital floor plans from LiDAR data and field surveys on military installations. Responsibilities include conducting field surveys with laser dimension tools and LiDAR devices, validating floor plans against measured data, processing LiDAR point clouds into accurate 2D/3D floor plans using MicroStation or Revit, performing data quality checks, and collaborating with military and civilian personnel. The role requires extensive travel (4-6 weeks per deployment, 5-8 months per year), willingness to learn company workflows, and proficiency with CAD software to produce deliverables while maintaining documentation. Proficient communication, problem solving, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are expected; prior military familiarity is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Design
- one (1) year of relevant experience in Architectural drafting
- US Citizenship
- Valid Driver's License
- Extensive Travel
- Ability to travel full-time for 4-6 weeks at a time
- Must be able to obtain a CAC (Common Access Card) or already possess one

- US Citizenship required for federal contract work
- CAC be obtainable or possessed
