Job Summary
Assist with the installation of epoxy and other fluid-applied flooring systems while supporting polished concrete preparation and finishing. Perform surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, patching, and moisture mitigation, then mix and apply materials according to specifications. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely while following job site safety standards and company procedures. Work as part of a crew to meet quality and production goals and travel to job sites as required. Earn $20–$30 per hour in a steady commercial and industrial environment with opportunities to grow into a skilled specialist.
