EPM Services Sales Lead - Paris

Job Summary

Work with customers daily to transform their existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multi-dimensional models by understanding requirements, designing applications, and training teams for self-sufficiency. Lead cross-functional projects to develop methodologies and processes while acting as the link between stakeholders and the product team. Participate in UAT, deployment, and integrations of source software and migration solutions. Scope services engagements, draft statements of work, and minimize risk for clients and partners. This role requires 7+ years of EPM experience and fluency in English and French. Competitive compensation includes stock options, free health insurance, and flexible working hours.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with both functional and technical exposure
  • Deep understanding of Finance (planning, forecasting, close & consolidation), Sales Performance Management (quota, territory, incentive), and Supply Chain Planning (demand, supply, inventory)
  • Hands-on experience selling EPM services or implementing EPM solutions
  • Strong familiarity with leading EPM platforms such as Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive, Board, or OneStream
  • Demonstrated ability to scope and structure services engagements, draft statements of work, and minimize risk for clients and partners
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build trust at the executive level
  • A great learner, especially of new domains
  • Excelling at building trusted relationships with a deep sense of empathy and dedication
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Previous experience in a software vendor, SaaS provider, or consulting/SI pre-sales role
  • Track record of successful collaboration with license sales teams and partners to drive joint outcomes
  • Knowledge of best-practice frameworks for large-scale enterprise software implementations
  • Fluent English
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
