Job Summary
EPM Functional Leader responsible for overseeing Oracle EPM Cloud applications within the EPM Run Team, combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical work. Lead technical management (interfaces, integration mappings, defects, upgrades, patches, backups, migrations), development (forms, calculations, reports, data sources), license management, and user access. Lead functional administration, training, and documentation; manage Third-Party Maintenance; collaborate with Finance, IT, and business units; participate in evaluating new tools in the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem; provide succession coverage for other EPM applications; drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Finance Information Systems with Oracle EPM Cloud expertise, plus strong Excel/VBA skills, and English/French language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance/Management/IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance Information Systems with a focus on EPM tools
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud; knowledge of HFM and KIFRS16 is a plus
- Strong Excel and VBA skills
- Excellent English and French; Spanish or Portuguese appreciated
- Ability to manage and upgrade Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Experience in functional administration, user training, and documentation
- Experience coordinating with IT, Finance, and business units; project management skills
