Job Summary
Lead the implementation of Oracle enterprise performance management solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation while analyzing client needs to design and deploy tools that enhance financial planning and analysis processes. Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of these tools, manage project planning and execution to meet client expectations, and confirm data integrity, security, and compliance within performance management frameworks. Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of performance management initiatives, develop client relationships to address challenges, and mentor staff to enhance their skills in delivering client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis to drive business insights
- Managing account reconciliation processes effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in technology consulting
- Developing skills in financial planning and forecasting
