Job Summary
Facilitate business discovery sessions, process mapping workshops, and requirements gathering with client subject matter experts. Translate business processes into technical specifications, solution designs, and scalable planning architectures. Configure and develop planning, reporting, and analytical models aligned with client objectives to support end-to-end EPM implementations. Build consensus with stakeholders while driving project decisions and delivering engaging demonstrations for executive and business user audiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions that balance business needs and technical best practices, contributing to implementation documentation and knowledge transfer. This full-time remote role is based in Colombia or Argentina for a Consultant level position. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
- Experience participating in structured consulting or software implementation projects
- Fluent English is required
- Background in business planning, financial modeling, multidimensional modeling, analytics, Business Intelligence, or consulting
- Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions using at least one of the following technologies: Anaplan, IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, or OneStream
- Experience supporting software implementation activities including data mapping, conversion validation, security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable planning models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working within structured implementation methodologies covering business analysis, process design, and system integration
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities while managing multiple project activities
Desired Qualifications
- Vendor certifications in Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Hyperion/EPM, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, or similar platforms are considered an asset
- Interest in working within international and distributed consulting teams
- Ability to independently manage small engagements or portions of larger implementations
- Experience delivering product demonstrations or supporting business development initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Experience with Financial Consolidation, Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL technologies including ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, PartiQL, or SAS
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Fluency in Portuguese
