Job Summary
Lead the Epilepsy/EEG Section within the Neurology department at Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals. Responsibilities include setting strategy and care goals for the Epilepsy/EEG Section, utilizing advanced neurophysiology labs for comprehensive EEG/EMU monitoring, and providing intra-operative monitoring during epilepsy surgeries. Participate in clinical research and contribute to training neurologists through an academic appointment with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Work within a large, multidisciplinary, academically affiliated Neurology group and collaborate with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Physiatrists, Neuro-Ophthalmologists, Neuro-Psychologists, and Neuro-Radiologists to advance epilepsy care.
Required Qualifications
- Medical license or license eligible in Illinois
- Completion of a one or two-year Epilepsy Fellowship (two-year preferred)
- Board certified or Board eligible in Neurology
- 5 years of leadership experience
