Job Summary
Lead the Epilepsy/EEG Section within the Neurology Department at Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals, overseeing a team of Epilepsy and Neurophysiology specialists, APPs, and technicians for EEG/EMU testing. Utilize advanced neurophysiology labs to perform comprehensive monitoring, including continuous and ambulatory monitoring, to inform accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide intra-operative monitoring during epilepsy surgeries leveraging an accredited EMU and state-of-the-art technology. Participate in Clinical Research with a dedicated team, and contribute to an academic appointment with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Medical license or license eligible in Illinois
- Completion of a one or two-year Epilepsy Fellowship (two-year preferred)
- Board certified or Board eligible in Neurology
- 5 years of leadership work experience
