Job Summary
Epidemiologist role focusing on conducting research using online grey literature datasets (NHANES, HCUP, cancer registries, government survey data) to summarize prevalence and forecast disease incidence through analyses and data-imputation/extrapolation methods. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing a sources database, contributing to new products and proprietary consulting projects, conducting literature reviews for ad-hoc client requests, supporting the Epi Production team with uploading/publishing syndicated epidemiology reports on the Insights Platform, and collaborating with Clarivate Disease or Therapy Experts to develop methodology strategies. Position is fully remote in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field
- minimum 3 years of related experience
- 2 years in an epidemiologist/public health/biostatistics-related role
- 2 years of experience conducting systematic literature review of grey literature
- 3 years of experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- 2 years of experience with epidemiology methodology including forecasting incidence and prevalence
- 2 years of experience analyzing large datasets (NHANES, HCUP)
- 2 years of experience with external clients and delivering presentations
- 2 years of experience conducting SAS analysis
- experience with real-world data (RWD) research
