Job Summary
Assist the migration from a Legacy ERP to Epicor Eclipse by analyzing existing data structures, mapping them to Eclipse, and developing ETL processes. Customize the system using Ecl scripting and Solar UI to create workflows, automation scripts, and reports while optimizing functionalities. Integrate Eclipse with existing business applications including EDI, WMS, and CRM through APIs and middleware solutions. Conduct data validation, system testing, and performance optimization to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition. Provide ongoing support, training, and stabilization efforts to end-users post-migration.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in ERP migration projects
- Strong knowledge of Ecl scripting, Solar UI, and Eclipse database structures
- Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications (EDI, API, CRM, WMS)
- Strong understanding of wholesale distribution, supply chain, and order processing in Eclipse
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and execute large-scale ERP migration projects
- Excellent communication skills for working with IT, business teams, and vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and training abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with a Legacy Bridge ERP systems is a significant plus
- Knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21, Kinetic, or other ERP platforms is a plus
