Job Summary
Epic Systems / Healthcare Business Analyst - Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive business analysis for healthcare clients using Epic Systems; developing and managing business requirements and functional specifications; engaging with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable insights; performing competitive analyses and market trend evaluations; leading process-improvement initiatives; collaborating across cross-functional teams on product lifecycle and roadmaps; facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT); creating technical documentation; implementing business process re-engineering (BPR); and supporting IT project lifecycle management. Key skills and requirements include healthcare domain knowledge, SQL concepts, data governance, strong documentation and communication, and Agile delivery. Travel up to 20% may be required. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, and proficient English.
