Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and supporting clinical and business applications, aligning technical solutions with business processes for ambulatory, mobile, and telehealth deployments. Collaborates with operational stakeholders, participates in product demonstrations, configuration, testing, upgrades, training material development, and end-user support. Works on cross-functional projects, troubleshoots application components, engages with third-party vendors, develops test scripts and workflow diagrams, and remains current with core application certifications and emerging information systems trends. Requires strong problem‐solving and communication skills, team orientation, ability to work off hours and on-call rotation, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) with Epic/Workday/Application certifications or ability to achieve as required by the department. Preferred: healthcare experience and familiarity with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
