Job Summary
Epic Support Analyst III provides tier 2 troubleshooting for the Resolute HB/PB modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication with customers. Requires Epic certification in Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include architecture, design, development, and ongoing support of the Epic application, with focus on Resolute HB/PB Claims and Remittance. Schedule is full-time days, typically Monday–Friday, with as-needed weekend support.
Required Qualifications
