Job Summary
Evaluate current workflows and system utilization to identify optimization opportunities. Design, configure, test, and implement Epic enhancements while gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions. Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess needs, facilitate consensus, and troubleshoot complex application issues. Develop training materials, support end-user adoption, and analyze metrics to recommend efficiency improvements. Maintain documentation and ensure solutions align with organizational standards. This role requires 5+ years of Epic application experience and certification. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or Nursing. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship. Remote in USA only (excluding NY, CA, WA). Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Epic application experience, including implementation, optimization, and support
- Epic certification(s) in applicable modules
- Demonstrated ability to both develop recommendations and execute associated work products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Must be located in USA Only (excluding New York, California, or Washington state)
- Must be available Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMCST
