Job Summary
Lead clinical application training for enterprise initiatives, system implementations, and workflow optimization. Develop, maintain, and update role-based curricula, training materials, and reference tools while supporting training readiness activities such as needs assessments and deployment preparation. Provide functional guidance and quality oversight to Credentialed Trainers, partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders to align training with real-world workflows. Identify training risks and gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and participate in implementation activities including testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live support. Contribute to continuous improvement of training standards, processes, and delivery models. Requires 5+ years of clinical informatics experience, EHR implementation support, and Epic certification.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
- Experience supporting EHR implementations or large-scale system initiatives
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
- Epic certification(s) required at time of hire (Ambulatory, Patient Access Applications, Revenue Cycle, Cogito preferred)
