Job Summary
Epic Senior Consultant leads data analysis, reporting validation, and workflow analysis to support Quality teams and Nordic clients on Epic/EHR-related projects. Key duties include gathering requirements, documenting and testing Epic-related builds, collaborating with clients and internal teams, assisting with project management and deliverables, monitoring workflows, and pursuing Epic certification within 6 months. Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills are required; 100% remote work option acknowledged for a national US scope.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years' experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, quality programs, or operational support
- 2-3 years of client facing project management experience
- At least 2 years of quality and regulatory compliance understanding and experience (e.g., accreditation bodies CMS, CDC, HHS)preferred
