Job Summary
Epic Security Analyst - Remote: Responsible for supporting and optimizing the Epic EHR system, providing day-to-day technical end-user support, troubleshooting complex system issues, coordinating testing/validation for changes, guiding maintenance activities, and mentoring junior analysts. Works with cross-functional teams (IT, clinicians, administrators, vendors) to ensure security, stability, and usability of the EHR and related workflows. Requires deep knowledge of Epic workflows, healthcare business processes, strong analytical and communication skills, and Epic certifications. Role may be filled as EHR Application Analyst I–III depending on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Epic certification in specified area required
- Epic Implementation experience preferred
- 3 - 5 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
- Epic Certification(s) required
- Epic Certification(s) preferred
